AGLX exists for one reason: to help you build networks of high–performing teams.

AGLX works with companies and teams in industries ranging from technology, aerospace, and healthcare to construction, government, and energy to understand and adapt to the increasing Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity characteristic of today's global operating environments.

AGLX Consulting brings the Human Factors and Mindful Organizing solutions found in military aviation to other industries. We combine a 21st–century mindset with the cognitive and social skills backed by more than 35 years of research in the areas of human factors, resiliency engineering, and industrial–organizational psychology.

"More than ever, work today gets done in teams, and every team is a social unit," says Geoff Colvin, author of Humans Are Underrated. "The quality of its social interactions – intrateam and interteam – determines its success or failure."

The Team

AGLX was founded in 2015 by Brian Rivera and Chris Alexander, two former U.S. naval aviators with backgrounds in tactical military aviation, political–military affairs, strategic planning, and software development. Today, AGLX consists of former military officers who have experience in combat operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Together, they possess decades of experience leading, training, and operating in both classrooms and in hostile enemy territory, while living and working in some of the most dangerous and challenging environments in the world.
