AGLX’s instructors step into your environment, build their situational awareness about your operations, and assess your organization's needs. They then train and build core skills in your teams through an approach tailored for your organization.

About Our Team

AGLX was founded in 2015 by Brian Rivera and Chris Alexander, two former U.S. naval aviators with backgrounds in tactical military aviation, political–military affairs, and strategic planning. Today, AGLX consists of former military officers who have experience in combat operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Together, they possess decades of experience leading, training, and operating in both classrooms and in hostile enemy territory, while living and working in some of the most dangerous and challenging environments in the world.
